We enjoyed our stay at this ryokan, as it offered a lovely view of the lake and spacious traditional rooms. The service was welcoming and attentive, though the Wi-Fi was a bit lacking in the rooms. The food was plentiful and varied, making for an entertaining dining experience, but it was sometimes a challenge to figure out what we were eating. Overall, it's a good value place, especially for those venturing out for hikes nearby.
